At Khurapati, every product is custom printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We do accept claims for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Printing errors (wrong design, misalignment, fading)
- Wrong item received
How to raise a claim: If your order has any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will review your claim and offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable items: All custom-printed products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
